Albion River Campground & Marina offers a unique camping and boating experience for both RV and tent campers.  Located south of Mendocino, California on the Albion Cove where the Albion River meets the Pacific Ocean, the campground is one of only two sites on the Mendocino Coast that provides both sheltered river moorage and ocean access.  The campground is an annual destination for abalone dive clubs, avid cod and salmon fishing groups, crab lovers, and kayak & canoe enthusiasts.  Boaters can either brave the ocean swells or explore the scenic Albion River.

Drop-ins are welcome, but reservations are recommended April through September and on holidays to ensure there is space available.

Albion River Campground & Marina offers 17 full RV hookups and 90 partial hookups (water and electric only), tent sites, and on-site RV rentals.  All sites are back-in only.  The facilities include a boat launch and dock berths, cafe, camp store, restrooms, showers, free wifi and kayak and canoe rentals.

•  Sites are typically available for check in by 3 pm.
•  Check out is 12:00 noon.
•  Late arrivals must self-register at office prior to entry.
•  Rates are based on double occupancy and limited to 2 vehicles - one recreational vehicle and one passenger vehicle - per site.   
•  Additional adults are $10 per person per night. Children 17 and younger stay free with adult.
•  Pet Friendly - Pet fees are $2.00 per animal per night.
•  Extended Stay* available - call for information.

Reservations are recommended to ensure there will be space available.   A deposit of one night’s stay is required to confirm a reservation.  For holiday weekends full payment is required in advance.

Camping Cancellation or Date Change

In order to refund your campsite deposit you must notify us of the cancellation or date change no less than forty-eight hours prior to 12:00 noon on your scheduled day of arrival.  For holiday weekend reservation cancellations or date changes you must notify us no less than seven days in advance of your scheduled day of arrival.  A $10.00 fee is applied to all cancellations.

*Rates are based on double occupancy and include a recreational vehicle and one additional passenger vehicle.    Extra guests please add $10 per night per guest.  Children 17 and younger stay free with adult.  Extended stay sites are limited and subject to availability.  Extended stay rates are based on a 29-day month and are not pro-rated.  Rental is due in full upon arrival.
