The Sandpiper House is tastefully furnished in the style of a European country inn. The inn offers five spacious guest rooms, each one special and individually decorated with antiques, comfortable chairs, fresh flowers, and either king or queen size beds with down comforters, feather pillows, and fine linens.

Each guest room has it's own personality. Four have ocean views, while the fifth overlooks the meadow and hills of Greenwood Ridge. All have fireplaces, private baths and compact refrigerators, allowing guests to chill the Chardonnay they bring back from the wineries. We continue to retain the homelike feeling of yesteryear, yet provide the comforts of today.

RATES: Our $245 to $295 rates are based on double occupancy and do not include tax. Separate sleeping arrangements are available at a charge of $15 per day. A third person is charged an additional $25 per day.

PAYMENT: For a stay of one or two nights, a minimum deposit of one night's lodging is required. Reservations of three or more nights require a fifty per cent (50%) deposit. When making your reservation, an acceptable credit card number must be provided to guarantee the deposit and confirm the reservation. Upon arrival, you may pay by personal check, traveler's cheques, cash or credit card.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: An innkeeper will be available for check-ins between 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm. Please call ahead regarding later arrivals. Check-out time is 11:00 am.

CANCELLATIONS: You must give us at least seven days' notice of cancellation for each room reserved. If you have reserved two or more rooms, you must give us ten days notice of cancellation in advance of your arrival date. With early departure or cancellation or any of the reserved dates with less than seven or ten days' notice, you will be charged for those nights that we cannot re-rent the rooms.
