We call our service "Backdoor Catering" because we don't think your party staff ought to be conspicuous, but everything that we bring to the party we guarantee will be nothing but first class. Our professional team will prepare your food, procure your beverages, help decorate your venue, and serve your guests - and we will do it in a manner that fits your budget! We can handle just the food or take care of the whole thing - your call. Full Bar option with Bartenders available for all occasions

Over the years we have helped at weddings, rehearsal dinners, anniversaries, birthdays, company pinics, moonlight cruises on the river, Fourth of July celebrations and just about every other kind of party that you can imagine.

 

Sports, Television, BBQ, and Brews...
If there is a big game on, you will be certain to find it on the big screen in the Bones Bar - a great place to enjoy a classic game with classic BBQ, and a very cold brew or two. (We were San Francisco Giants fans even before this definitive World Series win in Arlington, Texas, but we like a lot of things from the Lone Star State too. This day we enjoyed authentic Texas style wood pit bar-b-que while we watched the Giants crush the Rangers - Absolutely Delicious!)

 

Authentic Texas Style Wood Pit
All of our specialty meats are slow smoked with native oak & alder in our custom built J&R closed-pit smoker. First, we rub 'em with a blend of Texas spices and then they're cooked from four (chicken & ribs) to twelve hours (pork shoulder & beef brisket). Our indirect method of BBQ gives our meats a truly unique flavor - you can taste the smoke and feel the heat! Always look for the pink smoke ring, the sign of authentic smoked wood pit BBQ!
