Holly Hill Farm  lies in Anderson Valley — a beautiful, secluded northern California wine valley, 150 miles north of San Francisco, and 16 miles from the sea and beautiful beaches. The surrounding area is superb for birding, walking, or simply getting away from it all.

A spectacular 26-mile drive takes you to the picturesque village of Mendocino, with its many fine restaurants, outstanding music, and rich history.

Holly Hill Farm is twelve acres of majestic redwood groves and gentle sunlit meadows. A quiet rural spot, it is the perfect anchor from which to experience all that the Anderson Valley has to offer.

Seasonal streams flow quietly through the property and wildflowers color the hillsides until mid-summer. Our pond is home to wild ducks and other migratory birds in winter and spring, and a kitchen garden provides herbs, flowers, fresh fruit and vegetables during the summer and fall harvest season. Our guests can enjoy long, leisurely walks to take in the beauty of the landscape.

We currently offer two separate and private accomodations: The Guesthouse which has two bedrooms and can sleep up to four, and Hillside Cottage, just right for two.

Despite the rural setting, Holly Hill Farm provides satellite television and wireless high-speed internet access for your use and, having installed a grid-tied solar system in 2008, we are proud to generate all of our electricity needs cleanly from the abundant California sun.

RATES

One couple (2 persons) - $180 per night or $1080 per week using one bedroom.
Two couples (4 persons) - $250 per night or $1500 per week using two bedrooms.
Each additional person is $35 per night or $210 per week.

Please note, an 11% Mendocino County Occupancy Tax will be added to the room rate.

We have a two-night minimum stay. No pets, please. Accommodations are not appropriate for children under ten years of age.

The Guest House is reserved for two couples (4 persons) using both bedrooms. However, if the Guest House has not already been reserved 30 days or less prior to your intended visit, we will rent the accommodation to one couple (2 persons) using one bedroom at the one couple (2 persons rate).

50% deposit is required to secure a reservation. Credit cards are not accepted. Cancellation policy is 14 days. While we will make every effort to re-book cancelled reservations from our waiting list, if your reservation cannot be re-booked, you will be responsible for one night's stay.

Check-in time is 4-6 pm; other times by arrangement. Check-out time is 12 noon.
