Boonviile Down Town

A totally new and different SheepDung cottage in downtown Boonville, actually next to the Firehouse and across from the Fairgrounds set way back on the property overlooking the same vineyards and up into the hills of The Other Place.

A one bedroom cottage to explore and enjoy the many facets of Boonville without getting into your car. Of course, comes with it the priviledge to walk the hills of the Other Place and even has an outdoor Japanese soaking tub.

A great location to vary your Anderson Valley experience and incredible for downtown events, the Apple Fair, Pinot Festival, Sierra Nevada Festival, the BrewFest, local weddings, you name it!...

Introductory pricing $140 mid-week and $200 weekends.

 

The Other Place

From the creators of Sheep Dung Estates, a 500 acre ranch with four secluded and unique cottages that bring the outside inside, a pond, hiking trails and all the comforts of home. Full modern kitchens, woodburning stoves, spectacular valley views, telephone and television.

Dogs & children welcome! Each cottage is fenced for canine security.

Now with WiFi internet access at The Breezeway, Oaks and Buckeye cottages!

The Other Place is two and one half hours north of San Francisco, 1.2 miles up a country road off Highway 128 just south of Boonville, CA.
