The Main Lodge
Brooktrails Lodge onsite facilities include a Commercial Kitchen, a Lounge, and a Stage, plus Banquet and Meeting rooms.

The interior of the Lodge is lined throughout with gorgeous curly Redwood. Different rooms allow for multiple uses simultaneously. All rooms have easy access to the large outdoor, partially covered deck.

Accommodations
The Motel: The motel has twenty rooms (size: 12' x 24').  Each room can accommodate up to 4 people. Adjoining suites are available. Ten of the rooms have deep jacuzzi tubs for relaxation after a long day.
Extended stays: Short and long term stays available. Ideal for extended retreats, religious and educational groups.

            WEDDING GROVE
            Easy access to a beautiful outdoor space for your special ceremony or gathering. Privacy fenced. Close to the main lodge.

            CATERING
            Our diversified Catering resources will meet any of your individual needs. We offer continental or full breakfast, lunch and dinner, served seated or buffet style. We specialize in vegan and vegetarian dishes and can cater kosher events. Our chefs will gladly accommodate your dietary wishes.

            FACILITY SETUP
            Services are available for both set-up and breakdown of tables and chairs. Linen tablecloths, china, stemware and dinnerware are available.

            MAIN LODGE FACILITIES
            Onsite facilities include the following
                Commercial Kitchen
                Lounge: Featuring a recessed conversation area, conveniently situated for group sharing and trainings. Small tables in an intimate setting.
                Dance Hall with Stage: Dance floor and stage makes this room the popular choice for parties with a band or DJ. Great for yoga and meditation retreats, dance classes, meetings and wedding receptions. (1800 square feet, 60' x 30')
                Dining Hall: Lovely setting for dinners, parties and receptions. Features a buffet bar for ease of serving a large group. (1125 square feet, 45' x 25') Ideal for groups of 20-80 wanting to sit down and eat together.
                Smaller Dining and Meeting Areas: Separated by redwood trees in an Atrium, these spaces provide ideal private meeting places for smaller groups and group leaders.
                The Lobby: Large area to greet guests, hang coats and direct participants to their meeting rooms. Can be set up for small breakout meetings.

Right across the street from the Lodge, Brooktrails Golf Course is a lovely 9-hole course with beautiful views of the countryside from every hole. Willits Creek winds its way through seven holes. Additional tees can be used when playing an eighteen hole course.
